Housebuilder Media is the leading information provider for the housebuilding industry, boasting a wide portfolio of publications and events for housebuilders and those associated with this sector.
Our publications portfolio includes: Housebuilder magazine, the best read title in the industry; the monthly statistical Housing Market Report produced by John Stewart, the economic affairs director at the Home Builders Federation; and the annual Housing Market Intelligence Report, the essential business tool for industry executives.
Running alongside the publications, Housebuilder Media hosts a varied and focused events programme, tackling the key issues facing the industry. Our extensive programme of events, ranging from conferences and exhibitions to network lunches and awards ceremonies, puts us at the centre of the industry. Our conferences attract high-level speakers such as David Miliband MP, Yvette Cooper MP, Michael Gove MP, Stewart Baseley, John Stewart and other key industry figures. Our Housebuilding Innovation Awards celebrate the industry’s achievements in meeting the increased demands from consumers, the government and the environment.
Housebuilder Media sits at the heart of the industry. We work closely with HBF, which owns HBM, as partners to deliver top level and timely information. As well as running the HBF’s Technical, Planning, Design and Policy conferences, our events team organises the federation’s AGM, Ball, Golf Day and regional dinners.
Housebuilder magazine has a long standing partnership with NHBC, ensuring that it is distributed free to all NHBC registered housebuilders – a circulation of 22,000.
We also partner with other industry bodies to deliver key information, such as Robust Details Ltd, CABE and Napier University.
In 2006 Housebuilder magazine launched the first charity event for the Housebuilding industry, the Housebuilder/Marie Curie Cancer Care Brain Game which raised over £100,000 for the charity.
